Conflict of interest
Coordinators and volunteers must declare any personal or commercial interest that could influence a decision, and withdraw from decisions where such an interest exists.

Support is offered equally to all community members regardless of gender, age, disability, religion, ethnicity, health status or background.
Safeguarding & confidentiality
Information shared by beneficiaries during support sessions is treated as confidential and shared only where the law or the immediate safety of a person requires it.
